Taylor represents clients in a variety of legal matters throughout the state of New Jersey.  Her practice focuses on Civil Rights Litigation, Employment Litigation and Counseling, General Litigation, Trial Advocacy, and Toxic Tort Litigation.

Taylor has a diverse legal background. Prior to joining LCBF, Taylor worked at a boutique law firm representing clients in Family Law and Criminal Defense matters and previously was an Assistant Prosecutor for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office. While at the Prosecutor’s Office, Taylor represented the State and advocated for victims of domestic violence, sex crimes, and child abuse. Taylor has prosecuted over thirty domestic violence bench trials and has advocated for her clients/victims before numerous Judges throughout New Jersey.

After graduating law school, Taylor clerked for Middlesex County Prosecutor, Yolanda Ciccone, formerly the Assignment Judge of Vicinage 13. In her position as a law clerk, Taylor handled dispositive motions on personal injury, medical malpractice, employment law, civil rights law, commercial and personal real estate, and more. While clerking, Taylor also conducted mediation in family, landlord tenant, and small claims matters. 

Prior to graduation from Rutgers Law School in Camden, Taylor interned with Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund in New York City, NY, the Deputy Attorney General’s Office, NJ, Office of State Police and Corrections, and completed volunteer legal work in South African Townships.
