David represents clients in transportation (include cases brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act), general liability, and insurance defense and coverage cases in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Following law school, David clerked for the Honorable Susan L. Claypoole, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Special Civil Part, where he handled a wide range of civil matters.
David graduated from Fordham Law School, where he served as a research assistant and member of the Urban Law Journal. He also interned for the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson, U.S.D.J., and the Honorable Jean K. FitzSimon, U.S.B.J.
Before attending law school, David worked as a risk advisory services consultant and auditor, focusing on anti-money laundering and the Bank Secrecy Act, for a variety of financial institution clients. David received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude, from Rider University, where he double majored in Accounting and Finance.
