David defends a wide range of clients in New York federal and state court matters primarily in the areas of toxic tort, premises, construction, and professional liability. His toxic tort practice focuses on the defense of claims arising from alleged exposure to asbestos.
Prior to joining LCBF, David litigated actions based on medical malpractice and vertical transportation liability for a defense firm in downtown Manhattan. Before transitioning to defense work, David represented plaintiffs at a small civil rights firm on Long Island.
At University of Miami Law School of Law, David authored a case note that was selected for publication by the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review, of which he was also a member.
