Gary represents clients in a variety of matters in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. His practice focuses on toxic tort, mass tort and products liability litigation, as well as rail, bus and other transportation litigation matters.
Gary is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he graduated with a double-major in Political Science and Legal Studies. He received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic and the Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. During his time in law school, Gary also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Harold A. Ackerman in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Gary was a plaintiff-side personal injury litigator with several New York City law firms. He brings to LCBF nearly half a decade of relevant legal experience and an in-depth understanding of the litigation process in New York and New Jersey.
